This Subscription Policy explains how recurring coffee subscriptions (“Subscription,” “Subscribe & Save,” “Auto-delivery”) work at Nook’s Coffee. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring shipments of the selected coffee product(s) at the frequency you choose (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks).

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
  • Renewal charges occur at the same price displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • If your payment fails, we will retry the payment before pausing your subscription.
  • Coupons or promotional codes apply only to the first order unless noted.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment partners.

3. Changes to Your Subscription

You may update your subscription at any time, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Adding or removing items
  • Changing your address
  • Updating payment details

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

4. Skipping a Shipment

You may skip an upcoming order at any time through your account.

Skipped orders will resume on the next scheduled billing date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date.
  • If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will occur.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because our coffee is freshly roasted to order:

  • Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed or shipped.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund the item as needed.

7. Shipping

Subscription orders ship according to the delivery schedule you selected.

Shipping rates for subscription orders may vary from standard one-time purchases depending on promotions or carrier changes.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust product or subscription pricing.

If prices change:

  • You will be notified via email prior to your next renewal.
  • Continued use of the Subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.

Nook’s Coffee is not responsible for missed deliveries due to outdated or incorrect information.
